What do you need in order to join?

Who can join?

All athletes are expected to register themselves for meets. However, if this is a problem or something is not working we can help athletes register. The meet registration process is fairly simple and will be explained more thoroughly on the team Remind.

Communication - Your athlete will be sent the link or code to join our Remind, which is our team's communication platform. You are welcome to join alongside your athlete to receive notifications regarding meet information, changes in practice schedule, and potential team events.

Meet Preparation - Most of the meets we will be attending will begin on a Saturday morning. The majority of our meets are in Spokane, which is a fairly long drive, especially in the winter. Safety is extremely important during this time of year, and it is recommended to leave the Friday prior to the meet.

Firstly, fill out the form below with your desired events and contact information

Outdoor - For athletes interested in competing in the summer, a USATF membership will be required - (not in effect yet)

Indoor - For athletes interested in competing in the winter, no memberships are required.

Uniforms - For ALL athletes, you need a team uniform, which you will have the opportunity to purchase when the shop link containing the uniforms are sent out. The shorts are not necessary to purchase unless you would like them.

Conduct - Arrive at meets on time and ready for your events, show respect to officials, coaches, and other athletes. Remember, you represent our club.

The club is currently open to middle school and high school athletes. Middle school athletes will have to check which meets have a middle school competition, as not every meet may do so.
